Buy your domain, update nameservers to our Cloudflare account, and we'll handle DNS, SSL, and reverse proxy routing.
What you need
- ✓ Access to your domain registrar (e.g., Namecheap, Google Domains, GoDaddy).
- ✓ The domain you want to use.
- ✓ Ability to update nameservers at your registrar.
Nameservers to use
Replace your registrar's default nameservers with the two Cloudflare nameservers we assign you.
Example format (we'll provide your exact values):

After you update nameservers, we'll manage DNS on our side to point at our reverse proxy/load balancer and provision SSL.
How to point your domain
Follow these steps; if you get stuck, we'll do it for you.
1) Buy your domain
Purchase your domain at your preferred registrar. Keep your login handy to change nameservers.
2) Change nameservers
In your registrar's DNS/Nameserver settings, choose "Custom nameservers" and enter the two Cloudflare nameservers we provide.
3) Let it propagate
Nameserver changes can take up to 24 hours (often faster). We'll start managing DNS as soon as the change is detected.
4) We wire DNS + SSL
We point your A/AAAA/CNAME records to our reverse proxy/load balancer, enable SSL, and add monitoring.
