At KC WebHosting, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality hosting services to all our clients. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued.
1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Customers are eligible for a full refund within the first three (3) days of their initial purchase of any hosting plan or service.
To request a refund, you must contact our billing department at support@kcwebhosting.us within this 3-day window.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
2. Refunds After 3 Days
After the initial 3-day period has passed, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of KC WebHosting management. We may offer full, partial, or no refund depending on the circumstances, such as service uptime, usage, and other relevant factors.
3. Violations of Law or Terms of Service
KC WebHosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any activity that violates U.S. federal, state, or local laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Hosting illegal content (e.g., malware, phishing, copyrighted material without permission, hate speech, etc.).
- Using our servers for cyberattacks, spam, or unauthorized access.
- Operating or distributing prohibited materials.
If a customer’s account is terminated for illegal activity or violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. All associated websites, files, and data will be permanently deleted from our platform.
4. Service Cancellations
Customers may cancel their hosting services at any time via the KC WebHosting dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund unless it meets the criteria outlined above.
